World’s largest manufacturer of mobile phones, Nokia announced on Monday that it will start manufacturing laptops, with Microsoft’s Windows operating system.

Nokia’s upcoming netbook will be based on Intel’s Atom processor, the battery backup time of around 12 hours and the weight will be little more then 1 kg. Netbooks are laptops with low price and low power consumption, currently HP and Dell are the leading brands in netbooks market.
