But there are missing details. Is this a paid service ? Or do you get some sort of API key and use that in your emails ? From the brief pdf that was displayed in the site, it does look like a paid service with a well defined process. Does TRUSTe maintain a directory service that the spam filters of common email providers hook up to, and how long does it take before the email providers recognize that you aren't spamming the users.
