Now people have multiple computers at their home, and it becomes little hectic when someone stores files on multiple computers, you have to change keyboard & mouse to move between them. Now it is possible to zoom the mouse between these multiple computers.
Teleport is a free application that solves this problem, it allows using one keyboard & mousing with multiple computers.
Installing Teleport
Download and install Teleport on the all computers running MAC operating system where you want to use this, the installation of teleport is very simple. You only need to double click on ‘teleport.prefPane’ file. Then System Preferences will launch Teleport automatically place there.
To start the Teleport, check the ‘Activate Teleport’ and ‘Share this Mac’ box. This step should be apply on all computers you wish to use. All computers should be connected via Wifi or Ethernet cable.

Enable Teleport
In preferences of Teleport arrange other computers, it will detect and display all the available computers that are running Teleport.
To join two computers, simply drag the computer screen you want to include down into the main window and place it next to the main computer as it is on the desk. Now test it by moving cursor in other screen and see it jumps in next computer and it allows to type with current keyboard too.
Teleport Security
Teleport provides some security measures to prevent anyone having control of your computer. Just enable encryption, but you need a digital certificate to enable encryption, it is easy to make self signed certificate, by clicking “Enable encryption” you will be asked if you would like to create a certificate if you don’t already have one.
Next, you can adjust the settings for how other computers gain control of your computer. This contains asking to accept control, rejecting control if the host is not already trusted, and just automatically accepting all requests.
Other Options
There are lots of other options available in options tab, like you can make switching less erratic by only doing it when a certain key is held down, after a short delay, or after tapping the cursor on the side of the screen twice. Teleport can even attempt to wake a Mac when it’s asleep if you try to control it.
File copying feature of Teleport is very nice, you can copy file from one Mac to another by simply dragging it from screen into another.
Synchronize pasteboard is another nice option, it means if you copy something on one computer, and you move the cursor into the other computer, the clipboard will travel with it and allows you to paste anything on the other computer.
Another option is ‘Show bezel’. It is a rounded-rectangle which displays in center of screen. This option lets you know why mouse disappeared, and also informs about file transfer progress information.

Teleport is a nice and useful application for ‘sharing’ your mouse, keyboard, and clipboard from one computer to another. It is very useful if you have to manage more than one computer at your desk at a single time, moreover it‚Äôs free and easy to use.
