There are many graphics tools available to fulfill your graphics editing needs, most of them are quite expensive to buy. There are many open source alternative graphics editing tools that can provide you almost the same features, but with no price tag with them.
GIMP

It’s one of the top open source graphics editing tools available for image editing. GIMP is free software that is covered by GNU (General Public License), it is available for multiple Linux distributions, and is also available for Windows and Mac OS X.
Inkscape

Inkscape is an open source vector graphic tool that can be used to draw illustrations, cartoons, art work, organization charts and simple line drawings. Inkscape is also available for multiple platforms like Linux, Windows and Mac OS X.
Blender

It’s an open source application designed for creating 3D animations, and available for all the major operating systems including Linux, Mac and Microsoft Windows.
Synfig

A 2D vector and animation software offers features to create attractive ‘feature-film’ quality animations with less hassle. Synfig is available for multiple operating systems like Linux, Mac and Windows.
Krita

A bitmap graphics editor software included with the KDE based KOffice suite. The product is designed to perform both painting and editing photographs.
