windows7

According to Techcrunch reported that Hewlett-Packard has denied the plan to release Windows 7 based tablet. The reason to stop this plan is the lack of touch capabilities in Windows 7.

HP is not satisfied with Microsoft’s latest OS Windows 7 and also does not want to make their tablet Intel-based hardware so that is why company terminated Windows 7 Slate project.

There are also some predictions that HP will go for Android or webOS to select any for their Slate tablet.

HP also bought webOS and surely they will give a push to this HP webOS and they will launch it as a tablet OS.
